Requirements
The main function of this role is to develops preliminary Functional Safety Concepts for customers to foster the development of Functional Safety Requirements whilst leading internal and external discussions of Functional Safety Concepts.
You will be working with the design teams and lead the development of the Technical Safety Concepts for all products, which include all the Technical Safety Requirements.
It will be expected that you will have a Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/System Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in engineering which includes hardware development.
- Expertise in ISO 26262 with applicable experience and proven track record is essential
- Experience with in-vehicle communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
- Ability to work in a global, multicultural & virtual team environment. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
