About the role
Our client, is a high-tech start-up recently recognized by Forbes as Best Startup Employer for 2022, is seeking an experienced Scientist to lead the development of advanced cathode materials with advanced plasma technology. They are backed by world-renowned investors and have raised over $250 million investment to date.

Requirements
You will have an extensive background in oxide cathode materials such as NMC, NCA and spinels and preferably industrial experience. This Senior Scientist position will report to the Director of Materials Synthesis and have a critical role in developing chemistry and methods to produce high-quality cathode materials from R&D all the way through manufacturing scale-up.

• A Master's Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years in cathode development, particularly with layered and spinel oxides, from R&D to production scale-up
