The Role
The appointee will be assigned key clients and related responsibilities and will be expected to nurture truly engaged client affiliations born of effective campaigning. The quality and professionalism of the approach taken will strengthen ongoing relationships.

This 270-degree recruiter will operate in the dynamic, aggressive, E-Mobility (OEM & Infrastructure), Hydrogen Fuel Cell and Battery sectors. The role requires relentless determination to match ‘The right candidate’ in the form of Executive leaders and sought-after Individuals with high-value openings in R&D, Ops, Supply Chain and Commercial fields.

You will:
• Engage in initial client meetings to take a full brief of role and person specification.
• Develop and execute candidate attraction strategy (network, headhunt, advertise).
• Consult with international resourcing teams to extract all advantages.
• Identify, qualify, interview relevant candidates, breaking down levels of fit.
•Enact process up to and including offer-management.
•Where necessary, support client’s onboarding process.

The Person
The accomplished individual will possess 3+ years’ experience in technology sector recruitment and can mirror our high levels of care, doing it right and problem solving. We value meticulous personalities with true desire to provide superior solutions. You must value your own credibility, the perspectives of your network contacts and be willing to go the extra mile to deliver smart placements. Your knowledge and confidence crucially enable you to direct campaigns and drive towards successful outcomes.
