System Engineer – E-Axle

This dynamic opportunity places you in a pivotal position, where you'll translate customer visions into groundbreaking system solutions that define the future of automotive technology.

Your main responsibilities include spearheading the development and upkeep of our eAxle system, meticulously crafting technical specifications across hardware, software, and mechanical realms. Collaborating closely with engineering teams, you'll seamlessly integrate system requirements into every facet of our products, refining capabilities based on invaluable customer feedback.

Acting as the primary technical liaison, you'll foster alignment among our customers and partners, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in engineering which includes hardware development
• Product launch experience
• Expertise in ISO 26262 with applicable experience
• Prior experience with requirements management - preferably familiar with JAMA
• Prior experience with high speed motors and/or powertrain applications.
• Ability to work in a team environment and negotiate solutions with hardware, software, and systems engineers
• Understanding of project management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
