Validation Engineer – Electric Vehicle (E-Axle)

Having successfully launched a range of HV e-axle traction products, they now seek an accomplished Validation Engineer to steer multiple OEM projects to successful launch.

The Role
As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing next-generation products and technologies for the automotive industry. Responsibilities include leading or supporting the development of design validation plans (DVP), conducting functional and performance tests at the eAxle System level, analyzing test data, diagnosing errors, generating reports, coordinating meetings with stakeholders, and designing test setups.

The Person
To excel in this role, you'll need a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, proficiency in LabView, PLC programming, CANalyzer, CAN/LIN protocols, experience with Matlab/Simulink or Python for data analytics, and knowledge of automotive validation methods and regulatory requirements.
