Job Description

The Company:

The worldwide supply chain networks of Hi-Tech and consumer electronics Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are extensive and vital. Currently, they confront an unparalleled challenge: the rapid creation, manufacturing, and distribution of vast amounts of network equipment and billions of devices to meet the fast-paced innovation and escalating consumer demand of today.

Our client’s direct collaboration with these OEMs involves crafting scalable, tailored RSCM (Resource, Service, and Capacity Management) solutions. These solutions are designed to uphold the economic and commercial sustainability of their supply chains. To this end they are looking for a Production Supervisor to work in their Charleston, South Carolina Facility where the successful candidate will be wholly responsible for the repacking operation ensuring the customer supply plan is achieved.

The Role:

Responsibilities include implementing the company's quality management system and customer quality requirements, overseeing suppliers and assisting in their capability enhancement, ensuring 5S management and site safety of the repacking warehouse, driving continuous improvement and equipment maintenance checks, analyzing repacking operation data, generating reports, and addressing abnormalities, as well as conducting operator training and ensuring compliance with SOP/VPS.

The Person:

Qualifications require a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields, along with knowledge of on-site safety management, lean improvement, 5S management, cost management, and common quality improvement techniques. Essential skills comprise strong communication, coordination, planning, and organization abilities, proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP or similar systems, and excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities.

If you're ready to make a significant impact in optimizing equipment performance and driving operational excellence, join us in revolutionizing our manufacturing processes. Apply now and become an integral part of our client's team!
